We’re looking for a digital designer who blends concept and craft, insight and instinct; someone who sees design as a strategic tool and isn’t afraid to push boundaries. What you’ll do

We believe rigorous marketing innovation demands creativity. You’ll be at the forefront of design projects that range from bold brand identities to inspiring digital products and convincing Keynotes.

You’ll be:

• Creating and shaping the biggest digital platforms in the Netherlands
• Applying and stretching brand systems across different touchpoints, always on-brand, never boring.
• Translating insights into creative concepts that not only look great but work great.
• A trusted design partner for our clients; helping them bring groundbreaking ideas to life.
• Facilitating co-creation sessions and presenting your work with clarity and impact.
• Delivering your work with a sharp eye and smart tools; from Figma to Keynote to Adobe CC.

What you bring along

• You have 2+ years of experience in digital design and are a strong conceptual thinker and have no problem of shifting between different clients and corporate identities.
• You have experience with designing products, user interface and user experiences. And you are familiar with working in and/or creating design systems
• You’re fluent in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator), and/or Keynote.
• Part of your toolset is AI and you know how and when to use the tools of the future.
• You’re curious and love finding better, smarter ways to solve problems.
• You’re bold and not afraid to ask the “dumb” questions that move a project forward.
• You’ve got an entrepreneurial mindset and are happy to operate beyond your core role.
• You keep up with trends, tools, and best practices in digital and design.
• You have a strong sense of visual storytelling and know how to make complex ideas beautifully simple. And you are able to sell yourself and your ideas.

Als strateeg bij North-East werk je aan complexe vraagstukken op het snijvlak van business, technologie, digital en AI. Je helpt klanten hun markt, organisatie en ambities scherp te krijgen, en vertaalt die inzichten naar concrete strategieën, proposities en roadmaps die ook daadwerkelijk gerealiseerd worden.


Bij ons leer je strategie niet alleen bedenken, maar ook zien werken of breken in de praktijk. Je werkt direct samen met designers, developers en dataspecialisten van Hypersolid en ziet hoe ideeën veranderen in echte producten, platforms en AI-toepassingen. Als Digitale Design Stagiair(e) ga je de uitdaging aan met de rest van het design team om de mooiste designs te maken. Samen zijn we ervoor verantwoordelijk dat alles er op en top uitziet. Je werkt in een gezellig team aan het ontwerpen van huisstijlen, websites, social media en presentaties. Samen zullen we jouw competenties en die van jouw school koppelen om ervoor te zorgen dat je kan groeien in datgene wat je wilt.

Naar wie zijn wij op zoek?

Een leergierige stagiair die altijd op zoek naar nieuwe en effectieve manieren om problemen op te lossen en oplossingen te creëren. Iemand die niet bang is om fouten te maken en open staat voor feedback. Iemand die durft maar tegelijkertijd niet verlegen is om domme vragen te stellen. Werkervaring is niet belangrijk maar enige basiskennis van Adobe en Sketch/Figma en Keynote wel.

North-East is looking for a Working Student Business Development to assist in managing ongoing projects and supporting the management team in driving business growth. If you’re proactive, eager to learn, and ready to make an impact, this role is for you!

What you will do

At North-East, we believe that strategic business development requires both insight and creativity. You will play a key role in supporting the management team, assisting with ongoing projects, and helping to identify new business opportunities. You will be an essential part of our team, contributing to lead generation, client engagement, and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

– Support the management of ongoing projects and collaborations
– Support the team on running projects
– Assist in organizing client and networking events
– Work closely with the team to develop new business strategies
– Identify and reach out to potential clients, generating high-quality leads

What you bring along

– You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch
– You are in the final stage (or recently graduated) of a WO Bachelor or Master degree
– You have a commercial mindset and a strong interest in business development and marketing
– You are curious, proactive, and eager to explore new ways to engage clients
– You are comfortable working with Excel or quick to learn new tools
– You are available for 3 days per week for at least 4-6 months
